ENERGY alu is a liquid, concentrated detergent for professional dishwashing and pre-soaking, with excellent cleaning performance, especially in soft to moderately hard water. It effectively removes grease, starch, proteins, and deposits, and is designed for sensitive materials such as aluminum, silver, and other non-ferrous metals.
The formula is free of NTA, EDTA, phosphates, and chlorine, with low dosages thanks to its concentration. It is EU Ecolabel certified (AT/038/005) and the raw materials are easily biodegradable.

Soft water: 1.5–2.5 g/L
Medium hardness: 2–3 g/L
Hard water: 3–4 g/L
☑️ Pre-soaking: 10–15 g/L in lukewarm water for 10–20 minutes.
