Sanitec Fornonet is an alkaline foam cleaner designed for the rapid removal of stubborn dirt and burnt food residue, suitable for application on grills, ovens and griddles, even on vertical surfaces. In addition, Sanitec Fornonet complies with HACCP principles.

Key benefits:

Immediate removal of contaminants: effectively removes grease, oil residues and burnt food residues, restoring your kitchen appliances to perfect condition.

In foam form: The head in the 750ml pack creates a thick foam that adheres to vertical surfaces, providing enhanced cleaning power, even in the most difficult and hard-to-reach areas.

HACCP: Sanitec Fornonet is designed to align with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) self-control plans.

Dosage and use:

Cleaning ovens, grills and cooking plates: ensure that the surface temperature does not exceed 80°C (ideally 50-60°C). Apply Sanitec Fornonet directly to the surface, allowing it to act for a few minutes. Use a sponge or brush to remove any residue. Rinse with plenty of clean water.

Fryer cleaning: Drain the oil and close the valve. Fill the bucket with water to the oil level. Add 50-100ml of product per litre of water. Open the fryer and bring the solution to the boiling point, without exceeding 100°C. Allow the solution to cool and empty the bucket. Then remove any residue with a sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

Cleaning kitchen hoods: Create a solution with 50-100ml of product per litre of water. Use warm water for best results. Allow the disassembled hood components to soak for 5-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
