Suma Grill D9 is a strong alkaline detergent suitable for periodic cleaning of very dirty ovens, grills or kitchen utensils. The mixture of alkalis, surfactants and solvents effectively removes even burnt grease. The product dissolved in water is also suitable for cleaning frying utensils by immersion.
Application:
Oven/grill cleaning:
Ensure that the surface temperature is less than 80°C (optimum 60-80°C). Spray the product without diluting directly onto the surface or equipment. Leave on for 5-30 minutes depending on the level of dirt and remove loose deposits with a cleaning wire or brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and allow to dry.
Fryer Cleaning:
Drain the oil and close the valve. Fill with water almost to the oil fill level and add 1L of Suma Grill D9 for every 10L of water (10% solution). Turn on the fryer and induce a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes. Once cool and drained, scrub any remaining residue from the side walls and heating elements with a cleaning wire or brush and rinse twice with clean, warm water. Allow to dry
Grill hood cleaning:
Dismantle the grill hood and use Suma Grill D9 at a minimum dosage of 50ml/L of hot water (5% solution). Leave for 15-60 minutes and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to dry.
