Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 is a concentrated alkaline liquid degreaser suitable for the manual cleaning of all stubborn dirt from kitchen surfaces, such as equipment, hoods, hobs, tables etc. In addition, Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 can also be used undiluted for the daily cleaning of ovens.

Dosage and usage:

General cleaning:

Apply a 10-30ml/L solution to the surface using a brush or low-foaming sprayer. Clean with a cloth or brush. Rinse with plenty of clean water and allow the surface to dry.

Cleaning by immersion:

Immerse in a solution of 10ml of product per litre of warm water. Scrub or brush to remove heavy deposits. Rinse with clean water and allow items to dry.

Fryer cleaning:

Drain the oil and close the valve. Fill with water up to the oil filling level and add 1 litre of Suma Pur-Eco D3.9 for every 10 litres of water (10% concentration). Run the fryer, controlled for 60 minutes. After removing the solution, scrub any residue from the side walls and heating elements with a sponge or brush. Rinse with plenty of clean warm water and allow to dry.

Oven cleaning:

Apply undiluted Suma Pur-Eco D3.9 with a brush to hot surfaces (<70°C). Scrub the surfaces until they are clean. Rinse with plenty of clean water and allow to dry.
