The customer receives the guarantee for the items that the manufacturer provides a guarantee if the conditions described are met.
Right of return is reserved for 14 days, as long as the product packaging is intact. In this case the transport costs for return are borne by the customer and the refund of the order value is made immediately after checking the condition of the returned items.
The company has taken care with correct and detailed descriptions of the products and high resolution photos, to minimize the cases of incorrect product selection. Detergents are not returned. The company ensures that the order is properly packaged with additional protective materials where required, so that before it is received, the customer can identify if any damage is due to poor transport conditions and refuse delivery.
